Soccer and Football

We are having a VERY busy fall with Walker playing flag football and soccer. Walker loves both sports, but he's worn out by Friday (so are the rest of us!)

Visit to Brandon

The kids and I made a quick trip to Brandon a few weeks ago. We were so glad we were able to help celebrate Gage's 1st birthday. The kids always have such a good time playing together and Gage will be getting in the middle of it very soon.

I was also so happy that I could be a part of a "Day of Encouragement" for Kristina that the ladies of her Sunday School class hosted. This was a precious time of prayer, comfort and encouragement for Kristina during this uncertain time. Sweet baby Layne Grace Gaston is due on Oct. 25 but we are not sure how long the Lord will let her stay here with us. She has Trisomy 18 which means she has three 18th chromosomes instead of just two. We know that she has many health problems, but we also know that our God is so much bigger than what we know. We truely believe that He can completely heal Layne, and that is our prayer. However, whether she is heals here on earth or in heaven we will praise Him for her precious life.

MSU Fan Day

We were all excited to head to Starkvegas for MSU Fan Day a few weeks ago. We all enjoyed meeting Dan the Man and most of the players. Walker and Sam had more fun running around playing football. The kids also really liked rubbing on the Golden Egg!! Looking forward to a great football season. GO DAWGS!

Lunch with Wise family

The youngest Wise Girls - Charlotte, Anna Grace & Meg

Angie and Rhett hosted the whole Wise family for Sunday lunch to celebrate several August birthdays. We were excited to find out Leigh Ann and Reagan's good news - baby #3 on the way the end of March. The boys had a great time playing outside, and the girls enjoyed babying sweet little Meg.

Sweet Time with Famly

A few weeks ago, Anna Grace made the trip to Brandon to visit with my family. My parents were keeping Gage for the weekend, and Anna Grace couldn't have been happier to babysit! We had a great time playing with him. We also enjoyed getting to spend some time with Kris, Hamp, Reid and Lily. Our visits are always too short and we often say that we wished we all lived closer.
