This week was a big week for Walker - he read his 1st book! I couldn't believe it! He is in a Kindergarten class at our church, but he will be repeating Kindergarten next year because of his October birthday. So this year I was expecting him to learn his letters, sounds and how to write is name. I never expected him to be reading by this time of the year! We haven't even been working on sight words, but we are now! I am so pleased with his progress, and I have not doubt it is because Mrs. Nicole is a fabulous teacher! Thanks Mrs. Nicole!

Way to go, Walker! It's amazing what kindergarteners learn these days!!!
